The best restaurant on the property and it is not even close. The teppanyaki experience is theatrical and delicious. The sushi is fresh, well-prepared, and generous. Book a reservation on your first day because the tables fill up fast. If you only eat at one speciality restaurant, make it this one.

2. Sea Flirt: Seafood and Grill

Beachside dining with your feet practically in the sand. The ceviche is outstanding. The grilled catch of the day is always reliable. The setting at sunset is genuinely romantic, not resort-brochure romantic, actually romantic. Ask for a table at the edge closest to the water.

3. Sahlo: Mediterranean

The intimate option. Smaller dining room, quieter atmosphere, thoughtful Mediterranean menu. The lamb is consistently excellent. The wine pairings are well chosen. This is where you go on the evening you want proper date-night energy.

4. Addiction: International Buffet

The main restaurant and your breakfast and lunch default. The buffet is extensive and refreshed regularly. Themed dinner nights rotate through Mexican, Italian, and international menus. It is reliable rather than remarkable, which is exactly what you want from your everyday option.
